My Go-To Breakfast|vegan

Hey guys,

today I thought I’d share my go-to breakfast with you. I’m seriously eating this almost every single day. It’s perfect on the go and really quick to throw together. Here are the ingredients:

  • one apple
  • oats
  • flaxseeds
  • walnuts
  • dates
  • soya yogurt

 

All you now have to do is mix everything together and you’re ready to go. When I take it with me to uni I put the yogurt extra, because I personally don’t like it when it has that mushy consistency.

I also wanted to just give you a quick update on how my workout and everything is going. I have been going to the gym a lot lately and started lifting weight, which I really do enjoy. Unfortunately my body isn’t really used to it, that’s why I felt really down yesterday and just did a light yoga session and went for a walk outside. I think it is really important to listen to your body, but still do something, like go for a walk or do a quick and easy workout at home. Just be easy on yourself and don’t push it. Try to slowly increase the intensity of your workout sessions.
